Bio
Dr. Amelia Stevens earned her PhD in Astrophysics from MIT in 2015. Her research focuses on finding and characterizing exoplanets around M-dwarf stars. She currently works as a research scientist at the University of Washington's astrobiology department, leading projects on exoplanet habitability and detection methods. Dr. Stevens has authored over 50 publications and frequently speaks at astrophysics conferences worldwide. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography, and sailing.
